After a failed bid to overturn a former Eagles football player’s $43.5 million medical malpractice win, a Philadelphia orthopedics practice is now suing its lawyers over the verdict.
Reconstructive Orthopaedic Associates II PC, or ROA, claimed in a Jan. 28 complaint that its defense counsel at O’Brien & Ryan failed to cement a settlement that would have saved the defendant more than $15 million.
