Continuing its first-quarter hiring push, Blank Rome has added on three life sciences partners from Reed Smith.
Partners Rachael Pontikes and Emily Hussey are joining the firm in Chicago after spending the past seven years at Reed Smith. While with Reed Smith, the duo helped establish the firm’s life sciences group in the Windy City, and plans to do the same for Blank Rome, which launched in the city in 2019. Shannon McClure, meanwhile, was with Reed Smith for nearly 20 years, and will practice out of Blank Rome’s Philadelphia location.
