    State-Suspended Attorney Cannot Keep Local Office for Federal Court Practice

    An attorney who has been suspended by Pennsylvania's Supreme Court may not keep a law office in the commonwealth for the purpose of maintaining his federal court practice, the Supreme Court has ruled in a 6-0 decision.
