The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will hear a case in Pittsburgh this week that may provide the last word on waivers of stacked UM/UIM insurance coverage, as well as a tax case that could reshape most municipalities’ real estate reassessment procedures.
The oral arguments in Pittsburgh will be the first argument session of 2008 with a full complement of seven justices.
