The Pennsylvania legal landscape isn’t heavily populated with firms representing Lehman Brothers or Merrill Lynch, but there are several that count Wachovia, AIG or WaMu among their clients, and many more that have a strong stake in the financial services industry.

While New York and London firms are kept busy this week among the meltdown of the financial sector and in-house lawyers at those financial companies are facing potential job loss, the changing financial climate is having a mixed effect in Pennsylvania.
