We fondly recollect stories our grandparents told, laugh at ourselves when we say the things our parents said that we vowed we would never say to our kids, and listen intently (or watch) as our children chatter (or text) about the drama du jour. Similarly, the four distinct generations in today’s workplace bring a unique perspective and skill set to the firms in which we work.
