The Philadelphia District Attorneys Alumni Association will host the 2008 Raymond J. Harley Award Reception from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Pyramid Club, 1735 Market St., 52nd Floor, Philadelphia. Judge Legrome Davis is this year’s honoree.
