On Sept. 6, the proposed amendments to the Special Rules of Practice and Procedure Before Workers’ Compensation Judges were published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin . The proposed amendments clarify and provide detailed guidance for practice and procedure before the board, the office and WCJs. In particular, the proposed amendments seek to better define procedures that have been put in place since Act 147 and Act 109 were passed.
