Commonwealth v. Wilson

The court properly took into account the defendant?s inability to be rehabilitated as shown by the fact that he committed the underlying criminal act while subject to a violation of a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order prohibiting the act and while in custody of correctional authorities. The court recommended its sentence be affirmed.
