Sinatra’s old line, “If I can make it there, I’ll make it anywhere,” may never be more true about New York than in this tumultuous market as many firms in the Big Apple face layoffs or client loss.
But while some firms without a New York presence may be patting themselves on the back, others are seeing this as the perfect time to enter a market they once saw as too expensive or too saturated.
