Upon Further Review

On Dec. 15, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia will begin requiring that attorneys file nearly all documents electronically. Some documents, such as appellate briefs and the appendix on appeal, will need to be filed both in paper and electronically, while a specified small group of other documents need only be filed with the court in paper form. But, beginning in the middle of this month, the vast majority of appellate filings in the 3rd Circuit will need to be filed electronically over the Internet.
