HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A judge ordered a constable in the Philadelphia suburbs removed from office after prosecutors argued that his conduct demonstrated that he was not fit to serve.
The judge’s one-sentence order against West Conshohocken Constable Michael M. Solow was signed Dec. 31, nine months after the district attorney’s office asked for his removal.
