The field for seven openings on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas is narrowing after the Montgomery County Democratic Committee’s executive committee recommended seven lawyers receive the party’s endorsement and the seven agreed to run as a slate in the Democratic primary.
One Democratic lawyer who unsuccessfully sought the executive committee nod but received a rating of “recommended” from the Montgomery Bar Association’s judiciary committee is dropping out of the race. Nathan M. Murawsky, a plaintiffs personal injury lawyer with Dorian Goldstein in Bensalem, Pa., said he is no longer in the race and he will try to run for judge in two years.
