While the Obama administration hasn’t yet begun a serious vetting process for its 93 U.S. attorney appointments, there’s talk in the legal community that state Supreme Court Justice Jane Cutler Greenspan, JPMorgan Chase attorney J. Huntley Palmer and plaintiffs attorney A. Roy DeCaro may now be counted among the attorneys interested in an appointment as the next permanent U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

And three attorneys whose names have been frequently mentioned as possible appointees have confirmed that they are not interested in the job.
