The Pennsylvania Department of State on Wednesday announced ballot order in the contested primaries for open seats on Pennsylvania appellate courts.
And one recently emerged candidate for Commonwealth Court has already dropped out of the race. Michelle H. Lally, an Allegheny County attorney practicing law since 1983 and administrative chairwoman of the Allegheny County Board of Viewers, which hears that county’s tax assessment appears, dropped out of the Democratic primary race Tuesday, according to a Department of State spokesman. Lally did not respond to a request for comment.
