On April 1, the SeniorLAW Center is hosting “Take Me Out to the Ballgame,” a beer tasting party, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Mellon Bank Center , 1735 Market St., 8th floor, Philadelphia. On April 2, the Homeless Advocacy Project will host its annual April benefit from 5:30 to 8 p.m., at the Ritz Carlton , 10 Avenue of the Arts, Philadelphia. The event will feature complimentary cocktails and appetizers and an extensive silent auction. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Homeless Advocacy Project. Individual tickets cost $55.
