U.S. District Court Judge Gene E.K. Pratter of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania will preside over a naturalization ceremony at 10:30 a.m. April 16 in the Ceremonial Courtroom of the U.S. Courthouse, Sixth and Market streets, Philadelphia.
The distinguished guest speaker is Nicolay I. Siclunov and the program will also include a special presentation by the fourth-grade class of the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, Pa.
