In the Philadelphia Bar Association’s latest round of ratings of judicial candidates, two of the candidates endorsed by the Democratic City Committee were found “not recommended.” The ratings arm of the bar association, the Judicial Commission, also found one other attorney “not recommended” and one attorney “recommended.”

Vincent Giusini, a trial attorney solo practitioner, was rated “recommended.” Roxanne E. Covington, an associate with Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy in a casualty defense practice and one of the City Committee’s slate, and Sharon Williams Losier, of the Law Offices of Picard Losier focusing on workers’ compensation and election law, a former legislative aide for City Councilwoman Marian Tasco and one of the City Committee’s slate, and Elinore O’Neill Kolodner, an Orphans’ Court and family law solo practitioner, were rated “not recommended.”
