Former Judge Ann H. Lokuta plans to present the testimony of a witness who would tie her disgraced Luzerne County colleagues to organized crime, her lawyer told the state Court of Judicial Discipline in a hearing Wednesday.
During the proceeding, attorney Ron Santora also said he has a copy of an anonymous complaint to the Judicial Conduct Board alleging former Luzerne County President Judge Michael T. Conahan’s involvement in a case-fixing scheme and raising questions about the judge’s ties to the PA Child Care juvenile detention center.
