The merger of Allentown, Pa.-based Tallman Hudders & Sorrentino with nearby Bridgewater, N.J.-based Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, completed on Monday, created a regional firm with reach from New York City to central New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley and combined revenue of about $65 million, firm leaders said.
Matthew R. Sorrentino, Tallman Hudders’ managing partner and president, said the union of 37-lawyer Tallman Hudders with the 114-lawyer New Jersey firm forms a bloc of regional coverage that includes Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren counties in New Jersey and Northampton and Lehigh counties in Pennsylvania.
