Matthew A. White , a litigator at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll , was selected to serve on the board of managers at Pennsylvania Hospital . His appointment is effective immediately.
White’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, including federal securities claims and class action defense. The 14-member board meets three times a year and oversees capital improvement projects, the operating budget and issues relating to compliance and patient safety.
