When Joel B. Rosen, a former federal judge, was offered the position of general counsel for the Cooper Health System, he knew he couldn’t pass it up.
“I spoke to some folks a few weeks ago — I was contacted — and I met with some of the people over at Cooper and had a very productive discussion,” he said. “It’s a very, very exciting opportunity for me.”
