Stephen G. Rhoads has joined the Chester County, Pa., law firm Gawthrop Greenwood as a partner, concentrating his practice in professional liability defense and commercial litigation.
Previously a partner with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, he serves as trial counsel to numerous medical and allied professionals and health care facilities in malpractice actions; to real estate and insurance agents; to school, municipal and prison officials; and in various licensing proceedings before the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
