Lawrence A. Hamermesh , the Ruby R. Vale professor of corporate and business law at Widener University School of Law and the director of Widener’s Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law, has been elected by the American Bar Association ‘s section of business law to serve on the section’s 20-member governing council.
About 50,000 business lawyers and law students throughout the United States, Canada and other countries are members of the section.
