Flaster Greenberg shareholder Michael D. Homans has been elected president of the board of Travelers Aid of Philadelphia . He has served on the board several years.
A member of the firm’s labor and employment law practice group, Homans focuses his practice on the litigation of workplace disputes and pre-litigation advice to employers and employees. Homans handles matters of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, noncompete agreements, wage payment and overtime, family and medical leave and breach of contract.
