A Philadelphia common pleas court has ordered that a slip-and-fall case brought by a patron of the Philadelphia Park Casino and Racetrack in Bensalem, Pa., be transferred to the Bucks County courts.
Judge Howland W. Abramson said the incident happened in Bucks County and the casino does not do business in Philadelphia.
