Flaster Greenberg has made its second move in as many months to further expand its intellectual property practice, this time grabbing a patent lawyer from Duane Morris.

Just over a month after bringing former DLA Piper IP attorney Thomas J. Durling on board as a shareholder, Flaster Greenberg has hired patent lawyer Gary D. Colby from Duane Morris, where he was a partner. Colby joined as a shareholder Aug. 24.
