A reception is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Oct. 20 followed by a noon luncheon at the Union League of Philadelphia, Broad and Sansom streets. Chief Judge Anthony J. Scirica of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will deliver introductory remarks.
