Randy Maniloff , a partner in the business insurance practice group at White & Williams, and Sarah Damiani , a research assistant at the firm, published “Forty Years Later And No States Are Grouchy About Marx v. Hartford : The Most Influential Insurance Coverage Decision of All Time and the Secret Word in Professional Liability Claims,” in the October issue of Mealey’s Emerging Insurance Disputes .
Damiani, a third-year student at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, is assisting Maniloff with a forthcoming book on insurance coverage.
