Diane P. Wood , a member of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals , lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School and widely cited candidate for the Supreme Court vacancy created by Justice David Souter’s retirement, will deliver the 2009 Arlin M. and Neysa Adams Lecture in Constitutional Law, “The Changing Face of Diversity Jurisdiction.”
The lecture will be held at 4 p.m. Oct. 12 in the Duane Morris Moot Court Room at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law , 1719 N. Broad St.,Philadelphia.
