Retired Commonwealth Court Judge Doris A. Smith-Ribner will throw her hat in the ring for U.S. Senate.
Smith-Ribner confirmed her candidacy in an interview with The Legal Monday, saying she first made the announcement at the Dauphin County Democratic Committee’s annual fall dinner Oct. 5.
