The state Supreme Court has officially put in place changes to Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925 that have been in the pipeline for months.
Last year could be called the Year of 1925(b) Confusion. That’s the section of the rule that addresses the parameters of appellate statements filed by parties unsatisfied with the trial court results in their cases.
