The public interest section of the Philadelphia Bar Association will present its Andrew Hamilton Award to Marsha Levick , the co-founder of the Juvenile Law Center , at its annual awards ceremony and reception at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, 1200 Market St.

The award honors an exceptional legal services advocate or public defender associated with an organization with a purpose of serving those who cannot afford to pay for legal representation. Levick is the law center’s deputy director and chief counsel.
