No matter the survey, the data look about the same when it comes to rates charged by law firms in 2010. And the trend is up. That has some general counsel looking down at the decisions of law firms to increase rates on average between 3 to 4 percent.
That could create a tense and interesting dynamic for Pennsylvania firms in the coming months.
