An “all persons present” warrant allowed law enforcement officials to search a man who arrived at a private residence in York County in the midst of a police search, the Superior Court has ruled.
In Commonwealth v. Hawkins, PICS Case No. 05-1229 (Pa. Super. July 27, 2005) McCaffery, J. (7 pages), the court upheld the conviction of James W. Hawkins III on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana.
