The state Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments over whether jurors must be consistent in answering interrogatories in order for verdicts to be valid.
Regardless of which way it rules, the high court’s decision in Fritz v. Wright, PICS Case No. 05-0556 (Pa. Super. April 11, 2005) Del Sole, P.J.; Olszewski, J., dissenting (11 pages), will have far-reaching repercussions on jury trials.
