The viability of medical monitoring claims on behalf of thousands of women whose pap tests were read at Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh has been taken up by the state Supreme Court.
The case was among several granted allocatur petitions released earlier this month by the Supreme Court to Pennsylvania Law Weekly.
