Richard L. Caplan , a partner at Timoney Knox , has been elected to a four-year term on the Lancaster School Board .
Caplan, who heads the firm’s Lancaster office, is a former member of the Ephrata Area School District board of directors and represented the district on the board of directors of Intermediate Unit 13, an educational resource agency that serves Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
