Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Willis Berry sees himself as the underdog of this year’s state Supreme Court race, but it’s a position he says he is used to.
Berry was the late entry into the race — a Democrat not endorsed by the party — and the Pennsylvania Bar Association gave him a “not recommended” rating. But he isn’t bothered.
