Less than two weeks after a bankruptcy judge revoked a supermarket chain’s purchase of a bottling plant alleging that they intimidated a competitor in the bidding process, a settlement has been reached that will award the chain the plant.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge M. Bruce McCullough approved a deal on Sept. 25 that would allow Texas-based Cadbury Schweppes Beverage Group to buy the Le-Nature’s bottling plant in Latrobe, Pa. for $19 million and then sell it to Pittsburgh-based Giant Eagle Inc.
