The state Supreme Court has reversed a Commonwealth Court’s decision that permitted a Commonwealth Court colleague to count his years as a state legislator toward a pension class with higher yields.
Kelley v. State Employees’ Retirement Board PICS Case No. 07-1527 (Pa. Sept. 2007) Baldwin, J. (18 pages) was argued in front of the Supreme Court May 16.
