Since the election in November of two new state Supreme Court justices and former Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy’s resignation, Pennsylvania’s high court has been in a state of flux.

In addition to welcoming associate justices Debra M. Todd and Seamus P. McCaffery, the court’s new leader, Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille, has taken over the court’s administrative functions and welcomed the chief justice’s staff into his own chambers.
