Damage remedies can be complicated. Even seemingly straightforward lost earnings calculations produce significantly different results among experts. There is simply no one-size-fits-all approach.

Further complicating the calculation of damages, prior case law is sometimes not clearly written when it comes to the damage analysis and findings. Sometimes, different case law can be contradictory.
