George C. Zumbano, an attorney with the Gawthrop Greenwood in West Chester, Pa., was named president-elect of the Chester County Bar Association. Zumbano has served as a member of the association’s board of directors since 2003, previously serving as secretary, is a past chairman of the association’s young lawyers division, and is a past recipient of its President’s Award.
Jeffrey R. Sommer, a partner at Buckley Brion, McGuire, Morris, & Sommer in West Chester, has been named to the 2009 Board of Directors of the Chester County Bar Association. The Chester County Bar Association provides services to its members and the community by offering a variety of programs directed toward a better understanding of the legal system.
