While it may come as a surprise to many, Pennsylvania currently remains one of the very few states that still does not have its own antitrust statute.
The majority of states have enacted their own counterparts to the comprehensive federal antitrust statutes, primarily the Sherman Antitrust Act and the Clayton Act.
