A: Having written an article about how lawyers annoy judges, it is only fair to write a separate article about how judges annoy lawyers.
The art of being a judge is very difficult in this modern era, particularly with overwhelming case loads and the emphasis on how many cases a judge has concluded. Unfortunately, in Pennsylvania, the court budget for any particular county is likely underfunded, which creates additional pressure on a judicial officer. Having said that, there is conduct of judges that does annoy lawyers. Sometimes this conduct can taint the public’s view of the judicial system.
