In this action arising out of a mortgage foreclosure, defendants were entitled to dismissal of plaintiffs’ federal claim under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act because it was barred by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine and Pennsylvania’s preclusion doctrine, as well as dismissal of plaintiffs’ claims under Pennsylvania law. Motions to dismiss granted.
