A federal judge in Iowa has ordered the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to pay $4.56 million in attorney fees and expenses to a Cedar Rapids trucking business after dismissing the agency’s sexual harassment lawsuit.

John Mathias, chairman of Jenner & Block’s insurance litigation and counseling practice in Chicago, and Kevin Visser of Cedar Rapids’ Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman, led a team of attorneys defending CRST Van Expedited in the lawsuit, which was filed in 2007.
