H. Craig Lewis has joined Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads as of counsel and will focus his practice on mergers, acquisitions and other complex business transactions.
Lewis was previously the regional vice president of Norfolk Southern Corp. and was with that company for 13 years. He was a partner at Dechert Price & Rhoads (now Dechert), a partner at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, a principal in Lewis & Sutton and a state senator.
