A member of the firm’s intellectual property practice group, Cocca counsels biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients in product development, freedom to operate, patent procurement and patent validity, as well as IP due diligence and patent licensing. His areas of technical expertise include immunology, cell and molecular biology, pharmacology, biochemistry, diagnostic assays and medical devices.
